产品详情:Fluid-o-Tech齿轮泵工作时,主动轮随电机旋转,带动从动轮随动旋转,当吸入腔一侧的啮合齿慢慢分离时,吸入腔的容积增大,压力下降,吸入管中的液体被吸入泵中。吸入液被齿槽中的齿轮以两种方法推入排液腔。液体进入排液腔后,由于两个齿轮的轮齿不停啮合,液体被挤压并从排液腔进入排液管驱动齿轮和从动齿轮维持旋转,泵可以连续吸入和排出液体。 泵体配有安全阀,当排出压力超过规定压力时,输送液会自动敞开安全阀,使高压液赶回吸油管。 内齿轮泵由一对互相啮合的内齿轮,它们之间的月牙形零件,泵壳等构成。月牙形零件的功用是将吸入腔与排出腔分开当驱动齿轮旋转时,齿轮分离,形成局部真空,液体被吸入泵中以填入吸入室的齿,然后沿内侧和外侧通过两种方法进入排出室当齿轮齿进入网孔时,齿之间存在的液体被挤压并送入排放管。 除了具有自吸能力,流量和排出压力的特点外,齿轮泵在泵壳上从未吸入阀和排出阀。具有结构简便,流量均匀,运行确实的特色,但效率低,噪音大,振动大,易磨损。,主要用以运送各种非腐蚀性,有润滑能力的无固体颗粒油,温度一般不超过70℃,如润滑油,食用植物油等。一般流量范围为0.045-30ms/h,压力范围为0.7-20mpa,工作速度为1200-4000r/min。 Fluid-o-Tech齿轮泵的结构特点 (1)结构简便,价位廉价; (2)工作要求低,适用范围广; (3)端盖和齿轮的齿间凹槽形成许多固定的密封工作室,只能用作定量泵。 该齿轮使用了1990年代国际先进水准的新技术-双弧正弦曲线齿廓弧。与渐开线齿轮相比之下,其突出优点是在啮合过程中齿廓表面不会相对滑动,齿面无磨损,运行抵消,无液体驻留,噪音小,寿命长,效率高。摆脱了传统设计的束缚,使齿轮泵进入了设计,生产,使用的新领域。 泵配有差压安全阀作为过载保护,安全阀的总回油压力为泵额定排放压力的1.5倍,也可以根据具体需在容许的排放压力范围内开展调整。但是,该安全阀不能长时间用作减压阀。减压阀可以在需时单独安装。 泵轴端密封件设计有两种形式,一种是机器密封,另一种是填料密封,可根据实际使用条件和用户要求确定。 齿轮泵泵的类型 就基本构件齿轮而言,它们主要由普通的普通齿轮泵和圆弧齿轮泵构成,普通的普通齿轮泵在输送杂质方面比圆弧齿轮泵更结实。圆弧齿轮泵具有特别的结构,输送清洁的介质,噪音低,寿命长。每个都有自己的优势。 MG204XD0PT MG204XD0TT MG204XD0GT MG204XD1PT MG204xg0pt MG204XG0TT MG204XG0GT MG204xg1pt MG204SG0PT MG204SG0TT MG204SG0GT MG204SG1PT MG204SG1TT MG204SG1GT MG204YD1PT MG204YD1TT MG204YD1GT MG204yg0pt MG204YG0TT MG204yg0gt MG209XD0PT MG209XD0PT MG209XD0TT MG209XD0GT MG209XD1PT MG209XD1TT MG209XD1GT MG209xg1pt MG209XG1TT MG209XG1GT DisassemblyInstructionsProvidea cleansurface for work area. Separate the pumphead from the magnet cap. Remove the 3screws and disassemble front housing, driven gear , central housing and dowelpins . If the pump is equipped with by-pass, make sure not to damage thesealing poppet . Remove the poppet assembly from the adjusting screw (fig。5),remove the by-pass nut, the adjusting screw turning counter-clockwise, theby-pass washer and the by pass seal fromthe cap. Remove the screws which securethe magnet cup and the mounting plateto the rear housing and disassemble. Remove and discard all the bushings from the rear housing and the front housing with the bushing extractor tool P/N 60211(fig.1)。Remove seal and flat seals fromthe rear housing and from the front housing and discard them. If wear on fronthousing, rear housing or center housing is excessive, rebuilding the pump mynot be advisable。 Re-Assembly Instructions Clean carefullyall parts before re-assembling. Any foreign body material clinging to magnetmust be removed。 Note Bushings-Bushingson both sides ofgears must be recessed 0.5 mm from the face of the rear housing and fronthousing (fig. 2) BushingsInstallation - Press 6 new bushings into the rear housing andfront housing as shown in figure 2using P/N 60212 installation tool. Once in place, the bushings need to bereamed with P/N 60210 reamer tool (fig. 3)。Seals-@orgorg,alignmentApply a thin coat ofsilicone grease on the central housing surfaces and place the flat seals on each side of it insert the driving gear into the rear housing and then insert theshaft of the driving gear in the driven magnet using the spacer P/N 60213 (fig.4). Align the capbushing holes with gear shafts, and dowel pins with cap dowel pin holes and assemble.Make sure that the poppet assy goes fully into poppet holes and seat (fig. 5).Install 3 screws in cap and tighten alternately as tight aspossible. Turn driven magnet with fingers to check for any binding during therotation: the magnet should turn freely.
